We were comfortable in our small one-bedroom apartment until COVID-19 forced everyone to start working from home. We were still fine for a while working in the kitchen and dining room, but at a certain point we just needed more space.
Carmen listened to our needs regarding our specific needs and preferences, and desired area, as well as our budgetary limitations. He immediately gave us access to the portal and added me to a mailing list for homes that fit all of my individual criteria. A master with the contract negotiations, Carmen came up with a deal that was good for us, that the seller was willing to accept. Working with Carmen was an absolute joy. We were initially trying to find a house that checked all our boxes but there was nothing out there that we could see ourselves purchasing.
