My wife and I ran into Carmen at an open house while we were in the initial phases of looking for a house. Carmen was very helpful and had a very solid handle on what was in the market. First, Carmen is a consummate professional who never balked at meeting us at odd hours (as late as 10 PM), showing a house via Skype, or driving an hour out of his way to show us a property.
