My family met Carmen 11 years ago, a period of time where we have transacted several properties together. When contemplating the moves over the past decade, Carmen’s name is an immediate part of our home buying thought process. No different this time around, when our growing family forecasted a need to move, we notified Carmen and quickly began our home search. As the world goes, we fell in love with a new listing on a Friday, toured on Sunday, and Carmen had us under contract that Monday morning against numerous competing offers. His willingness to pounce and go to bat for us so quickly is what won us the contract on our home. On the other hand, the scary part of quickly buying a gem of a home is the reality of having to sell your current home; but we found comfort in a tactful strategy Carmen developed to show our home to only serious, qualified buyers, and almost at the snap of a finger had our current home under contract. It all happened so quickly and with such little headache, and we know we have Carmen and his team to thank for that!

 

In such a fast paced transaction environment, what really stood out to my wife and I was Carmen’s constant communication; keeping us in-the-know and imparting advice to keep us on track and moving forward. I feel there was a plan that Carmen laid out, he executed on it, and we are huge beneficiaries of his process. If and when we have to move in the future, Carmen will be our first call!
